This tasty, creamy Tuscan Sausage Pasta is a fabulous one-pan wonder recipe that you will want to cook over and over again. It’s a delicious, hearty and comforting dish for an easy weeknight meal that everyone in the family will love, or a fabulous dinner meal that is perfect for company when served with a side salad and some garlic bread. It’s delicioso!

Tuscan Sausage Pasta Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Italian Sausage
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 jar julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions for making Tuscan Sausage Pasta
In a large cast iron skillet or pan, add the sausage. Cook and crumble until it is no longer pink.
Once sausage is cooked through, add and thoroughly stir together the half and half, chicken broth, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and pasta.
Make sure pasta is submerged. Cover and cook until pasta is cooked through to al dente, approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Parmesan Cheese at the end for a final touch and stir thoroughly.
Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for a complete and delicious meal everyone will enjoy.
