Have a small family? Looking for an alternative to the traditional Turkey Dinner for Thanksgiving? Having a special dinner party? Have I got the recipe for you! It is a delicious Orange Ginger Cranberry Porkroast that you can make any week of the night! With only 6 ingredients, this crockpot meal couldn’t be easier!

ORANGE GINGER CRANBERRY PORKROAST INGREDIENTS:
- 2 to 2 ½ lb. bone in Pork Shoulder Roast (may be labeled “Pork Butt” or “Boston Butt” by your butcher)
- 15 oz. can of whole cranberry sauce
- ½” piece of freshly ground ginger
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup orange juice, or 1/2 whole orange, juiced
- 2 cloves minced garlic

TO COOK ORANGE GINGER CRANBERRY PORKROAST:
- Place all items in crockpot. Porkroast should be fat side up.
- Cook for 6-8 hours on low setting or until pork is cooked through and tender.
- Drizzle the remaining sauce over the sliced pork.
- Perfect, served with mashed or baked potatoes and fresh corn.

NOTE:
This Orange Ginger Cranberry Porkroast also makes a great freezer meal that you can make ahead and save for another day when you find the Roast on sale. Simply place all the ingredients in a gallon freezer bag with the instructions and the date you made it. Be sure to remove as much air as possible from the bag before sealing.
