That is until you try this delicious recipe of Nutty Cheese Tortellini with Chicken. An easy meal any night of the week that takes only minutes to prepare, especially if you happen to have some leftover chicken in the fridge from the night before. If not, no worries. Grilling, either indoors or out, a few chicken breasts only takes a few extra minutes for this delicious dinner.

Ingredients for Nutty Cheese Tortellini with Chicken
1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1/2 cup butter, cubed
half-cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
Coarsely ground pepper to taste
2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced

Directions for Nutty Cheese Tortellini with Chicken
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
Once the tortellini is cooked melt the butter in the same pot you cooked the tortellini in.
Stir in the cooked tortellini, chopped parsley, and walnuts; toss to coat.
Top with sliced chicken breasts.
Sprinkle with cheese and ground pepper.
Yummy in my tummy!
