New Year, New Goals!

Call them what you will.  Resolutions, Intentions, Purposes or Goals, almost half of all Americans make resolutions at the start of the New Year.  Making Resolutions date back to the Babylonians, where they pledged to repay debts and return borrowed items.  Additionally, the Romans promised they would behave better to the god Janus.  Yet, even with centuries of making goals, according to a study  published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology, only 46% of people who make New Year’s resolutions are successful.  Yet, it’s time.  Time for a New Year and New Goals.
