Challenge Day 9 – The Kitchen

Share now:

Welcome to Challenge Day 9, where our focus is the Kitchen.  We are in the second week of the 2023 Home Organization Challenge!  Congratulations on being here!  Keep up the great work!  Don’t stop!

Now… the kitchen is probably the toughest room in your home to declutter, sort, clean and organize, because it is used by EVERY member of your home, and is used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  It also contains the most individual items of any single room in your home.  So, take some time to really go through your kitchen, cupboard by cupboard and drawer by drawer to get the biggest bang for your time.  However, I am giving you permission to hold off on the pantry, the fridge and the freezer.  We will be doing those separately.

In case you missed it, you still have an opportunity to get the entire Challenge Packet (it’s FREE!), or simply print today’s page that gives you all the details needed to declutter, sort, clean and organize your Kitchen.

But don’t forget, in order to participate fully in the challenge…  Be sure to (if you haven’t already done so):

  • Join the FB Group (It’s not too late to join.)
  • Download your Challenge packet
  • Print your BINGO Sheet (It’s in the FB Group.)
  • And grab your necessary supplies (The list is in your packet.)

As mentioned last week, throughout the month of January, I’m going to keep posts short and sweet, so you can focus on the task at hand and get started with your Space of the Day.  However, if you need any personal assistance or guidance, be sure to comment.  I am happy to help you with any of your Home Organization Challenges.  Additionally, you can also check out related posts to today’s space at the bottom of this post, for more detailed information.
