Pizza or Wings?  Pizza or Wings?  What about both?  Yes!  You can have both with this delicious and simple to make, any night of the week, Buffalo Chicken Pizza.  So simple with an oven-ready crust and relatively few ingredients, this yummy pizza recipe will have you serving this as an after-school snack, a game night pot luck dish, or a Wednesday night go-to meal.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza Ingredients

  • 1 12” oven-ready pizza crust
  • 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce, divided
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1-pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese salad dressing

Directions

Place oven ready pizza crust onto a lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes. Brush dough with ½ cup of Buffalo Wing Sauce. Sprinkle crust with green onion, diced celery, and blue cheese over the crust. Set crust aside.

    Pizza Crust

    In a large skillet, cook the chicken, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a drizzle of olive oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add the remaining wing sauce; cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes longer.

    Spoon chicken over pizza. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake until crust is golden brown, and cheese is melted, 12-15 minutes.

    Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing, or a side salad.
